Waterford Commons is a great place to live. The apartments are aesthetically appealing and each has nice features (washers and dryers being one). The management is responsive, friendly and very competent. It’s located in downtown Rosemount, which allows easy access to necessities and convenience in a growing community without being overly populated or hectic.
